We decided to leave the mopped up grounds for the rest of the boats and were glad we did!!! It was a good day to be a party boat captain as the conditions were ideal for both our regulars and the flatties. The guys and gal ended up with some limits and almost everyone went home with at least one nice fish for dinner. Several fish over 6 pounds today with the pool going to Tom Hollywood, Jr., Staten Island, NY, with a 10 pound 4 ounce DOORMAT! Most flukers never even get one doormat but at age 22 this was Tom's THIRD doormat aboard the EBII!! He knows which boat to fish on!!

GOOD JOB, BUD!! Weather looks good tomorrow (THURSDAY) with light winds so if you are thinking of fishing the next couple of days then Thursday would be the day!!!! Back at it tomorrow.. See you in the morning. SAILING 7:30 AM WEEKDAYS & 6:00 AM WEEKENDS THROUGH THE END OF THE FLUKE SEASON. Click on "Read more" for additional pictures.
