After this past week of wind it was nice to have a calm day on the ocean. We only needed to make a couple of drops and the guys broke out the spinning tackle and put the blackfish jigs to work. Some nice sized fish today up to 7 pounds with everyone having their keepers and releasing the rest for another day. A few keeper seabass went on the ice as well today. Bill Brink, Middletown, took the pool. Nice weather again for Sunday and we have guys coming down. Back at it tomorrow. SAILING 7:00 AM DAILY. See you in the morning.
