FISHING REPORT

June 30, 2020

A beautiful day on the water for the Tuesday crew.  Fished a couple of areas for the day and had short action and a few keepers on most drifts when we had movement.  Ended up with a catch of nicer fish with a number of guys and gals having a couple of  quality fish to take home for their efforts.  Brian Trivett, Highlands, Chuck Wiley, Butler, and Jim Snyder, Highlands, all had identical fish for a rare three-way tie on the pool.  SAILING 7:30 AM WEEKDAYS & 6:00 AM WEEKENDS.    Back at it tomorrow.  See you in the morning.   WE ARE FULL FOR FRIDAY BUT STILL HAVE ROOM FOR THURSDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SO MAKE NOTE!!!!!!!!  WE ARE NOT SAILING ON MONDAY, JULY 6, DUE TO OUR A...

It was another perfect day to be on the water with a light breeze, no humidity and a great group of regulars!!  Worked the same areas as yesterday with similar fishing for the guys and enjoyed another close-up show by our friendly humpback whale(s).  Pete Turton, Wyckoff, was happy with his limit.  Justin Gervasi, Nutley, took the pool with a 5 pound 5 ounce fish.  Tomorrow looks like yet another perfect weather day for our Tuesday flukers.  SAILING 7:30 AM WEEKDAYS & 6:00 AM WEEKENDS.  Back at it tomorrow.  See you in the morning. Found some action with keepers first thing this morning while we had a drift.  The guys and gals were  also treated to a nifty show put on by porpoises and a whale all around the boat.  Lost the drift and the bite for a while before we got the movement late in the day and the fish turned back on with a very nice shot at the keepers once again.  Most went home with a fish or two for dinner on a gorgeous day on the water. Mike Schmidt, Cranford, took the pool with one of his keepers.   THERE ARE SOME SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE FOR TUESDAY BUT THAT WILL CHANGE!  IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE A SPOT TO FISH WITH THE TUESDAY REGULARS THEN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO ASAP!!. had an early limit.  SAILING 6:00 AM WEEKENDS & 7:30 AM WEEKDAYS.  Back at it tomorrow.  See you in the morning.  WE STILL HAVE OPENINGS FOR SUNDAY (TOMORROW).  RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED IF YOU PLAN ON FISHING TUESDAY WITH OUR TUESDAY GANG AS SPOTS WENT QUICKLY THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS!!  Click on "Read more" f...
