

SATURDAY FLUKE: SUNDAY IS FULL: STILL A FEW OPEN SPOTS FOR MONDAY
No wind at all and very little drift much of the day so the guys and gals had to work hard for the fish they caught. It was about a 50-50 mix of shorts and keepers like yesterday with the guys working the spros having the bulk of the action. John Vanderstad, Pompton Lakes, had a pair of keepers which included the pool fish. OPENING DAY FLUKE REPORT AND SATURDAY RESERVATION UPDATE
We started our 2020 fluke season today with a group of mainly regulars. The shallower water had most of the action for the guys today with about a 50-50 keeper/short ratio. "North Jersey" Pete Turton had the pool fish. It felt great to get back onto the water after a long, dreary spring for everyone. We still have 5 open spots for tomorrow which will be available to anyone who wants them and gets down to the dock early. This weekend we are SAILING BY 6:30 AM BUT IF WE FIL
THURSDAY 8 PM WEEKEND FLUKE RESERVATIONS UPDATE
BOTH FRIDAY AND SUNDAY ARE FILLED. We still have some openings for both SATURDAY AND MONDAY. By around 7 PM tomorrow (FRIDAY) evening I will let everyone know right here how many/if any unreserved spots are still available for SATURDAY. Those open spots would be available to the first people who get down to the dock early on SATURDAY morning to claim them. I will do the same thing SUNDAY evening around 7 PM for the MONDAY trip.
WEDNESDAY 9 PM UPDATE FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND RESERVATIONS
As I type this update at 9 PM on Wednesday I can let you all know that FRIDAY AND SUNDAY ARE BOTH FULL!! WE STILL HAVE A HANDFUL OF OPENINGS FOR BOTH SATURDAY AND MONDAY I WILL POST UPDATES AROUND 8 PM the night before a trip letting you all know if there are any open spots left for the following day and the first people without reservations to come down to the boat that morning can have the last remaining open spots for that day.
